The First Step
On-Site Consultation
The landscape designer will meet with you for a one-hour site visit at your property. This meeting is the first step to a successful landscape project, and is intended to establish project scope, budget, timeline, concepts and overarching goals. In addition, field notes and design ideas will be provided.
Prior to your consultation, please complete our questionnaire to help familiarize us with your landscape needs and preferences.
A one-hour consultation is $175. A travel fee will be applied to properties outside of 15-mile radius of downtown Livingston.

Design Drawings
After our initial consultation, the design process gets underway. The cost and timeline are dependent on the scope and complexity of your project. A detailed cost summary and timeline proposal is submitted in advance for your approval.
Each design is hand drafted to-scale with layout, plant list, materials list, and installation specifications. Many factors are considered in each design. Please complete our questionnaire to help us better understand your property and your landscape preferences.

Project Management
Like any home improvement project, there are many components to consider when installing a new landscape — timeline, budget, contractor scheduling, change orders, and consistent communication with vendors — all of which can be challenging if you’re juggling other aspects of daily life and work.
Years of experience have enabled us to build a reliable network of tradesmen. We have a team of contractors we work closely with to provide cost-effective, professional and seamless installation of our landscape designs.
Our project management fee is a percentage of the total project cost — typically between 12%-15% — and is based on location and complexity of your project.
